Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on an item's weight, size, shipping service level (Standard, Express, etc.) and destination address.
To view the shipping cost for your entire order, simply place your item(s) in your cart. Shipping costs will display during checkout, and you will have the option to switch the shipping method at that time.
If your ordered products are marked "In Stock," they will typically ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays and special events, such as industry conventions. If there is a delay, a customer service representative will contact you with an estimated time of shipment.
Note: Deliveries to APO/FPO or other noncontiguous U.S. addresses may take 30 to 45 calendar days.
We ship orders via FedEx. FedEx typically does not ship to P.O. box addresses. However, U.S. customers purchasing non-Artisan items may use FedEx SmartPost, which utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. FedEx SmartPost reaches every U.S. address, including P.O. boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations. FedEx SmartPost also ships to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S. territories.
Home Delivery. Most Home Delivery shipments will arrive within 5 to 7 business days, as long as the ordered product is in stock. This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. No delivery to P.O. boxes. Service Area: 100 percent of residential addresses, even on Saturdays (at no additional charge) and evenings.
Express Saver. Most Express Saver shipments will arrive at commercial destinations by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. within 3 to 5 business days. This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. Service Area: All states except Alaska and Hawaii.
2Day. Most 2Day shipments will arrive by 4:30 p.m. within 2 to 4 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take up to two days longer. Service Area: All 50 states.
Standard Overnight. Most Standard Overnight shipments will arrive by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses within 1 to 3 days (by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas). This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. Service Area: All 50 states.
SmartPost. Most SmartPost shipments will arrive within 7 to 12 days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. Service Area: Every residential address in the U.S., including P.O. boxes, APO, FPO and DPO destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories. USPS makes final delivery. FedEx SmartPost does not pick up packages originating outside the contiguous U.S. Maximum weight is 70 lbs; maximum length and girth is 130 inches. Full FedEx SmartPost tracking visibility on fedex.com with estimated delivery date. No residential or Saturday delivery surcharges.
International Economy. International Economy shipments will arrive within 7 to 12 (typically 5 to 7 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. Service Area: To more than 215 countries and territories. For more information, visit www.fedex.com.
International Priority. International Priority shipments will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. This includes 1 to 2 days for processing your order. Service Area: To more than 220 countries and territories. For more information, visit www.fedex.com.
Please make sure the shipping address you provide Quantum Mechanix is current, correct and complete. Our e-commerce system directly accesses and uses the information you provide. If a recipient's address is found to be incomplete or incorrect, our shipping service may attempt to find the correct address and to complete the delivery, but Quantum Mechanix assumes no responsibility for the shipping service's inability to complete delivery under such circumstances.
If a package is returned to Quantum Mechanix or is not delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Quantum Mechanix is not responsible for packages that may be delivered incorrectly, damaged or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
We generally do not split-ship orders. If you order in-stock products with backordered, out-of-stock or preordered products, your order will ship when the backordered, out-of-stock or preordered products are available.
If you want any currently available products sooner, please place a separate order for them.
Your international order will likely be charged some sort of customs fee, tax, duty, etc. when it arrives. Quantum Mechanix Inc. is not responsible for the payment of these fees, nor do we have control over whether you will be charged any customs fees. The shipping charges you pay to us will not cover any additional customs fees that might be added once your package arrives in your country.
Quantum Mechanix Inc. cannot provide an estimate of customs fees. You will need to contact your local customs office for more information.
We will not mark your order as a gift, nor will we declare a lesser value for it. It is unlawful to falsify a customs form. We will always include the true value of your orders, as well as include a copy of the invoice for customs.
If you refuse to pay the customs fee once your order arrives, we will not be able to offer you a refund for your denied shipment. That's because we will be required to pay the customs fee if you refuse to pay it.
There are only a few countries we've chosen not to ship to for a variety of reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have questions, please contact QMx Customer Service via phone or e-mail. We promise to get back to you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
There are country-specific import or customs requirements for importing certain QMx products, such as pistol or gun replicas (also known as “toy weapons”). We will not assume liability nor take responsibility for shipments to a foreign-based customer or reseller who places an order with QMx.
Should their local country’s laws or customs import regulations require holding, impounding or confiscating a Quantum Mechanix shipment, all damages and costs required to release shipments, or repair damaged goods resulting from these actions are not Quantum Mechanix’s responsibility.
Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with any available tracking numbers. The only delay at this point would be due to the shipping carrier missing our pickup appointment. If there is an unusual delay, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate.
We have a specific way of packaging products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Please address all shipping requests in the comments section of your order during checkout. One of our shipping specialists will address your concerns and attempt to accommodate your requests, where possible.
We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. Inside each shipment is a packing slip that lists the items being shipped. Prices are not included in the packing slip. If you have any special requests, please put them in the comments section of your order during checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate you.
