We know purchasing a high-end replica is a big decision, and that once you've made the decision to invest in a handmade Artisan model, you want your experience to be exemplary from start to finish. We want that, too. And to help insure the process exceeds your expectations we have instituted the Concierge Service program for our most elite products.
Here's how it works:
When you purchase a replica from our website that includes Concierge Service (look for the Concierge icon on the product page), you are automatically enrolled in the program. Within three business days of your purchase one of our specially trained concierge representatives will contact you by e-mail (or by telephone, if you prefer) and walk through your order with you, making sure any questions you have are answered and ensuring everything meets with your approval. Any requests for customization will taken at that point, as will special requests such as engraving, packaging and shipping.
Once your consultation is complete, your concierge will confirm any special requests via e-mail. The next day, the concierge will review your order with the Artisan assigned to build your custom-crafted replica and work will commence.
You will receive regular updates on the progress of your replica. Once your replica is completed, you will be contacted again with the delivery information. And once your replica arrives, your concierge will contact you once again to make sure everything is in order and that you are absolutely satisfied with your acquisition.
