Select “Proceed to Checkout.”
Once at the Checkout page, you will be prompted to “Log in to your account.” If you have an account already, enter your e-mail address and password here. If you do not have an account, you will be required to set up a new account.
After logging in, proceed to the “Shipping Calculation” page to select your shipping method.
Enter payment information, along with your billing address.
If you have any comments, enter them in the comment field.
Complete your order by selecting “Check Out.”
Methods of Payment
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders and bank cashier’s checks made payable to “Quantum Mechanix Inc.”
PayPal transactions must be completed within 24 hours, or the order will be cancelled.
For your protection, we check credit card numbers for potential fraud. Please make sure your billing address is correct to avoid delays in order processing.
To pay by cashier’s check or money order:
Print the page with your order, which should include the total purchase price plus applicable sales tax and shipping.
Send the order information and check (U.S. bank only) or money order (U.S. and international) in U.S. dollars for the full amount owed to:

Please note that orders paid for by money order or bank check will not be processed until the check is deposited and clears successfully. This could take up to 10 business days.
All monies are collected immediately. Funds for preorders will be placed in escrow until your product is ready to ship.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number once you’ve successfully completed your order. It is important to check this e-mail to make sure all information – such as the shipping address or clothing size – is correct. Changes requested after we have already shipped your order to you may result in additional charges.

When you are shopping online, we have security measures in place and take precautions to protect against the loss, misuse and unauthorized access of your personal information under our control. QMx cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail, and you do so at your own risk.
Quantum Mechanix, Inc. is physically located in Canoga Park, CA, Collegeville, PA, and Ocala, FL. We are required by law to charge sales tax to any orders shipped to California, Pennsylvania and Florida. Prior to finalizing your order, in Checkout, you will see your total balance due, including taxes, if applicable.
If you received an e-mail order confirmation, then your order was processed. If you have not, then your order was not correctly processed.
Your credit card might be declined because there is an issue with the billing address. The billing address you enter during the checkout process must match the address the issuing bank has on file. If a hold is placed on your funds because of a failed order, you will need to contact your bank in order to release the hold. We are unable to make this request for you.
When you purchase an item as a preorder, funds are collected immediately and placed into escrow until your order is ready to ship. You are entitled to an immediate refund up until your order actually ships. If you change your mind about your preorder, please let us know, and we will refund your money.
It is recommended that you preorder any products that you truly want to purchase. We fulfill all of our orders on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ve had a number of items sell out during the preorder phase.
If you order other products that are currently available with your preorder, the items will ship when the preorder is available. If you want any currently available products sooner, please place a separate order for them.
